We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For the health, safety, and integrity of our community, the following are final sale unless faulty:
- Opened or used Horse Supplements & Care Products.
- Personalised or Made-to-Order Items (e.g., monogrammed items, specially ordered bridles).
- Intimate Apparel (riding tights, breeches, jodhpurs) where the original hygiene seal is broken.
4. Orders and Payment Terms
Order Process
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email.
Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Payment is authorised and taken at the point of order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
We proudly serve riders globally but are unable to ship to certain parts of Asia and select remote regions.
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for international shipments which may be subject to customs delays.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive an RMA number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and approving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We will cover the re-shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement or full refund.

- We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, strikes, or failures of third-party logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS).
